We are now very pleased to be recruiting an enthusiastic, presentable and experienced Manager to join to be responsible for the running of a new premium passenger lounge at Birmingham International Airport

This role will be responsible for three key areas:

Commercial

To be responsible for the commercial running of the business, being responsible for profit and loss and optimising sales and revenue.

People

To effectively manage and motivate staff, identify training, conducting induction, looking after employee issues and dealing with employee relation issues.

Stakeholder relations

To develop strong working relationships with customers and developing and management client relationships. To be a brand advocate and guardian.

The person will need to be, or be willing to become a valid holder of a Sale of Alcohol Licence.
