SYSTEMS & DIGITAL ADMINISTRATOR
The successful candidate will be involved in administration and user support for the Project Management System and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. The role will include ongoing reviews of the CRM system with a view to improving user experience and expanding its use, assisting with social media campaigns, including: logistical planning, tweeting, tracking success of individual tweets and campaigns and tracking Binding Site social media coverage on a daily basis and day to day management of company websites, including updating and liaising with other offices. You will be involved in supporting the Digital Marketing Manager with maintenance of the digital asset management system, awareness of emerging digital opportunities and their utility for Binding Site and supporting the marketing department with advanced uses of Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, creation of QR codes etc. Driving the development of a new universal system to capture leads and manage user and email preferences will be required in this role.
Essential skills required are:
A relevant Marketing, Communications, Business or Technology degree (or equivalent).A solid understanding and interest in Digital Marketing.Experience with Systems/Databases.Administrative experience.Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).A high level of IT Proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Internet).The willingness and capability to master new IT systems.Good knowledge of digital media and outlets.Excellent attention to detail.Good organisation skills and the ability to meet deadlines/goals.The ability to work on own initiative.To be enthusiastic and self motivated.Excellent team working skills.To be reliable and dependable.To show good drive for development and eagerness to learn.To be personable with a positive attitude.To have the ability to follow set policies and procedures.Desirable skills required are:
