Effectively the voice of Ovo, youll listen to customers, gaining their trust and confidence as you answer and resolve their queries by phone and email. Youll also go further, keeping an eye on their account to proactively address any potential issues, dealing with more in-depth queries and liaising with colleagues to deliver solutions wherever possible. Were all about simplifying the complexities of the energy industry and youll make that look easy as you work with colleagues to improve systems and processes wherever possible. Get comfortable and confident here and who knows what opportunities await?

To be the best, we need to hire the best. So youll demonstrate a love of learning with a good degree in any subject. Youll also have some office experience and can show us you understand the importance of excellent customer service.
