Are you an experienced Long-Haul Reservations Consultant looking for a new opportunity?

Our client in the Birmingham area are is looking for talented and experienced Long Haul Reservations Consultants to work with them on a full-time basis with the following skills:

- Proven sales / profit generated track record.
- Ability to self-promote.
- Fantastic work ethic with flexibility to 'do more' during peak business times.
- Ability to 'make a difference on the phone' and impress customers with a memorable personality.
- Superb sales technique incorporating a business-like thought process.
- Articulate with a professional approach both verbally & in writing.
- Supremely organised and better than basic computer skills.

- Outstanding customer service skills

Additional Information

To be considered for this position you will need to have been working for at least 2 of the last 5 years selling holidays as a Retail Travel Agent or in a Travel Call Centre.
