This is a fantastic opportunity for a Service Controller to join this expanding team!
If you come from an engineering backround and have management experience then this role could be for you!

You will be required on a daily basis to:
Take calls from clients as well as customers to arrange for repairs and deal with faults
You will manage a team of 3-4 field engineers (maybe as many as 6)
You will manage and coordinate the diary
You will manage a process from its start to its conclusion
If you are perfect for this role you will have:
A practical background
Management experience
Be organized and have the ability to manage your workload effectively
Be good at record keeping
Work well under pressure
