At Fundraising Vision we specialise in face-to-face fundraising based in the street and on the doorstep. Our Fundraisers approach members of the public to discuss their given charity with the aim of inspiring them to commit to long term donations.
As a Team Leader you will be the face of the charity and on a daily basis you will be using your drive and enthusiasm to inspire and support your team as well as inspire potential donors to support amazing causes. You will be responsible for planning and organising each days fundraising activity for the team, providing training and ultimately ensuring team targets are met.
Hours: 9am 6pm with some later finishes when fundraising outside of Leeds.
We pay a highly competitive hourly rate plus a generous and uncapped performance related bonus.
