We have been long established in UK for 23 years and replicating its success here in North West London.
We have now acquired a property in North West London in which it wants to create Restaurant, Banqueting Hall and Bar; all in one premises. To look after all the aspect of business, The Arena Restaurant is looking for Customer Service Managers who can take care of customer support operation in existin g business and also be able to assist in the new venture.
Successful candidate required to have following skill and experience:
Develop and implement policies and procedures to deal effectively with customer requirement and complaintsManaged the overall performance of food service facility and control the work within customer service department.Thorough knowledge of all relevant whole food Market policies and standards and sanitation practices.Directed the recruitment, interviewing, hiring, training, motivation and evaluation of members.Coordinate & direct the operation of help and advisory services in plan work schedules to provide support for customers & users.Co-ordinate & supervised preventative maintenance and upkeep of facility with operation team.Co-ordinate with team managers with a view to improve the customer service performance.Ensured a safe workplace and pleasant customer service experience.Maintained customer relations and coordinated promotio ns to drive new.Commitment to customer service, training, retail excellence & food safety.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong organisational skills.
