Summary of Role

We are currently looking for a Trainer Recruitment Advisor who will be responsible for the recruitment of new Communicaid language, cultural awareness and communication skills trainers across the business.The Trainer Recruitment Advisor will liaise closely with teams in our London, Paris and Brussels offices on global training requirements to ensure the effective recruitment and induction of new trainers.The successful candidate will be resourceful, determined and capable of effectively managing multiple urgent priorities at once.

Key Responsibilities

Organise and manage reactive and proactive recruitment campaigns for new language, cultural awareness and communication skills trainers

Screen applications and make initial contact with potential candidates to establish their suitability for each training requirement

Organise trainer interviews, evaluations and reference checks

Liaise with Training Management and Client Management teams regularly

Maintain and update advertising on external websites when required

Send, collect and manage all new trainer documentation such as trainer contracts, guidelines, agreements, legal compliance, profiles and certificates

Conduct inductions for new trainers face-to-face or over the telephone

Maintain Communicaid trainer database and trainer records

Respond to, evaluate and manage speculative trainer applications

Essential Skills, Experience and Qualifications

Graduate to First Degree level

Minimum two years of customer service or recruitment experience, or one year of experience in a language training environment

Native / fluent English

Excellent influencing and negotiation skills

Strong interpersonal and rapport building skills

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, for face-to-face and virtual contexts

Excellent time management, multitasking and prioritising skills

Confident, professional and articulate

Proficient user of all key MS Office applications

Strong intercultural skills

Desirable Skills, Experience and Qualifications

Ability to operate professionally in French

Linguistic background

Language teaching qualification

Language training experience

Degree or qualification in Human Resources or training

Understanding of UK, French and/or Belgian HR legislation

Candidates must possess the right to work in the UK.
