Training Quality Assurance Administrator
Job Purpose:
This is an exciting, new role for a Training Quality Assurance Administrator to provide administrative support to the Training Manager, Instructors, Lecturers and consultants.
Job Responsibilities:
Key contact with Accreditation BodiesKeeping up-to-date with current training accreditation guidelines and operational proceduresMaintaining Trainer Continual Professional Development Records Training statisticsAgent feedbackRepresent the company and values (HSSness) of the business and portray a professional and businesslike image to all customers, potential customers and other people you meet in the course of your work.Ensure all locations are maintained to our 360? brand.Be a key driver in serious about safety by leading from the frontExperience/Knowledge/Skills Required:
Have a proven track record within administration support / coordination function ideally (but not necessary) within an academic environment.Be able to demonstrate a sound knowledge of training accreditation systems and procedures within a support capacity. High Level Administrative, organisational and customer service experience.TAQA(A1/V1) Assessment and Internal Quality Assurance qualifications preferredThe ability to operate well alone and within a team environment.Provide structured and clear communication to colleagues within the team. Self motivated well organised and methodical EfficiencyEnjoy working within a fast paced environment, have a determined and confident character, be target driven with an organised and proactive approach.Equality and Diversity
