Due to our continued growth and success we are currently looking for a: Customer Service Representative that is fluent in German. Panduit has World Class service performance. Our customer service personnel are determined to help our distributor partners be as successful as possible. In this role you will be responsible for handling Customer requests received via fax, e-mail or telephone, including initial contact and response, follow-up and resolution.Furthermore, you will:

Place phone calls related to clarification of order information, product availability, quote information, shipping and traffic concerns. Receive routine phone calls from distributors, customers and sales;

Route effectively phone calls when request cannot be handled by Customer service;

Process Email requests such as expedites, requests for tracking information and order status updates.

In order to be successful in this position, you will have:

Solid experience in B2B customer service in a call-centre environment;

Good problem-solving skills;

Ability to multitask;

You must speak fluent German (native).
