Scope of Role

The Team Support works closely with the Training Manager to ensure that all employees are given the best training in a timely manner to excel in their roles.

Primary Responsibilities

Design and book two week Induction Training Schedules for every new starter to the business

Coordinate Group Induction training, preparing material, booking trainers and rooms

Coordinate all Systems training for new starters or on ad hoc basis with IT Training team

Support the Training Manager in the preparation of the Traineeship Programme for all new fee earners joining the business; coordinating diaries for all employees

Coordinate and prepare all offsite training courses

Maintain the Training section on the group intranet pages to ensure this is up to date at all times

Assist with Designing Training Materials and ensure these are kept updated to reflect business progress

Central point of contact for Business Heads and Senior management for all support admin duties

Liaise with Senior Business Heads, Trainers and Travel agents (where necessary) on potential training dates

Ensure all training sessions are recorded on individual records on Chris21

Ensure all appraisals all are completed by deadlines. Upload topaperless SharePoint system and file all documents in HR files

Support Training Manager in reviewing appraisals to evaluate training needs and follow up where necessary

Book and confirm all external regional and international travel arrangements (including booking flights/trains, transfers and hotels) for the Training Manager, liaising with staff in th e respective offices and travel agents as necessary

Complete all expenses for Training Manager

Collate all invoices for offsite training writing up Purchase Orders where necessary

General diary management

Provide admin support to the HR department as required
