Interdean provides relocation services to suit the needs of companies who relocate their employees to locations throughout Europe or around the world. Interdean's relocation services are designed specifically to support the person who is relocating, their family and the company's relocation programme. Last year, as part of the Santa Fe Group, Interdean Relocation Services helped 110,000 families, expatriates and international assignees to relocate overseas.
The Role
The Global Mobility Consultant will consult and administer all components of international relocations for Interdean clients. The position acts as a main point of coordination with the relocating employee for all related activity including international policy administration; expense reimbursement, visa and immigration, home search and household goods. They will manage all activities including those performed by third party suppliers and in-house resources related to the relocation.
Duties
Manage caseload to ensure follow up with customersGain knowledge of the specific client policies and service requirementsDevelop, maintain and build working relationship with transferring employeeProvide continuing advice and support to both client and relocating employeePrepare weekly status reportsEvaluating operational efficiency and recommending process improvements as requiredCoordinate/manage suppliers, includingbut not limited to DSP's, visa and immigration suppliers, household goods etc.Review and approve supplier invoicesCommunicate any service failure to the Team LeaderPoint of contact for the client HR department along with any issue resolutionThe Person
