Firefly Resources Ltd is an innovative, growing company that supplies contract technical trainers, project managers and telecommunication engineers to our clients in the financial services industry.User Adoption is key to the success of any technology deployment.

We now have an opportunity for more trainers to join our team on a part-time basis.

The Role

You will be working within a small team (predominately based on a client site) training our clients on how to use and adopt new technology e.g. trader voice equipment , IPT telephone systems, Audio Visual equipment.After go live you will be available to answer any immediate issues arising from the users.You may be required to hold briefing sessions with new and potential users explaining the equipment and its features.The role is offered on a flexible, part-time basis with work being made available on a project basis.

We can offer casual/temporary work contracts on a PAYE basis or can hire your services through your own Limited or Umbrella company.

The roles are normally based in the City of London or Canary Wharf. You must be within travelling distance for a 7am start.

Experience

You must have experience of trading floors - this could have been as an admin, middle or back office support or even in a trading/broking role.You know about some or all of the following:* Trading turrets
* IPT PBX
*Video conferencing or telepresence.You must be confident with excellent oral and written communication skills.Excellent Customer Relationship skills are essential.You will have plenty of initiative and be able to work in a team.Experience in making presentations to groups of professionals would be a great advantage.
