The Recruitment Consultant will provide high level customer and client service to ensure all client needs are met at all times. The post holder will be responsible for the complete start to finish candidate experience from registration right through to booking them into work shifts.
Key Responsibilities
Resourcing for suitable candidates for all types of work for the client To understand the needs of the client and how best to deliver on their requirements Registering suitable candidates for client base Creating a candidate available list Completing candidate clearances and ensuring candidates are fully compliant before being booked on Inputting accurate information onto computerised systems (in house database) To ensure full understanding of all allocated sites and its protocols Dealing with candidate queries To complete availability lists, weekly stats and handover to support business reviewsTo deliver 100 fulfilment supply to the clientDeveloping effective relationships with Site Manager and clients To ensure all Haulage shifts are manned to achieve client expectation Working closely with all other internal teams to providing clients service delivery excellence Coordinating open days and assessment days Weekly meetings with client to review supply Support site manager in the management of all candidates on-siteOther

Take on new projects and responsibilities within the area and to be flexible in approach to work
Provide any other support as required
Willingness to work extended or unsociable hours during peak periods
Undertake any other duties as required by the Site Manager
Person Specification
Qualifications
Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
Experience
Proven experience of working with clients and delivering on expectations
Substantial experience of working in a customer service environment, ideally in transport and logistics
Experience of recruiting and retaining candidates successfully
The ability to effectively handle a busy and varied workload, meet tight deadlines and prioritise effectively
Good computer literacy with accurate data entry skills
Competent user of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
