A self-motivated individual, to work closely with the Service Manager and service team scheduling engineer visits to our various clients nationwide with differing response requirements i.e. 3 hour, 4 hour, same day, and next day. Controlling approximately 45 engineers and aiming to maximise their productivity by constant monitoring of their workloads.
