Administration Manager
My client is a well-established supplier of fine fabrics, trimmings, rugs and accessories from all over the world.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen in there showroom based in a prestigious location of South West London, for an experienced Administrative Manager to join the team.
Purpose of the Role:
Aside from your general Administrative duties, you will be responsible for liaising with their French and Italian suppliers:
- Placing Orders
- Raising Invoices
- Creating Statements
- Recording supplier information
Personal Specification
You will be an experienced Administrator who has fulfilled roles where you have had to deal with suppliers from start to finish. You should be ambitious, organised and posses a good telephone manor.
Although not a necessity, the ideal candidate will have the ability to speak either French or Italian. This would be a strong advantage.
