A unique opportunity is available for an Operations Manager to join our British Gas Central Heating and Installations team inKent to manage, inspire and engage a team of around 20 Engineers in safely delivering industry leading customer service.

Base salary up to 38k, with package up to c. 42k plus car

Location: Field Based in Kent

As a British Gas Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day management of your field based team, as well as coaching, development, and empowering individuals to meet their targets. Your focus will be providing excellent customer service and to be a role model to your team, ensuring that our Heating Engineers are ambassadors for British Gas when dealing with each and every customer.

To successfully manage our Heating team, you will need to bring us your proven experience in managing and motivating a medium to large remote, field based team from an operational and business development perspective. You will have a successful track record in achieving excellence in customer satisfaction, along with the ability to make decisions that will have a positive impact on the business. A full UK driving licence is required.
