We are the nursing and midwifery regulator for England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Islands. We exist to safeguard the health and wellbeing of the public by setting standards for education, maintaining a register of nurses and midwives and investigating those whose fitness to practise is called into question.

As a Case Officer you will be responsible for the progress of your own caseload, contacting key figures involved and ensuring that c ases are dealt with appropriately and speedily.

The ability to provide a high level of customer care, multi-task and prioritise a high workload is crucial, as is good IT literacy and experience of some investigative work. You will be educated to degree level or have substantial relevant experience and will have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
