Kuehne+Nagel Ltd are working on behalf of Whitbread to ensure the safe delivery of chilled, frozen and ambient products to more than 1060 Costa Coffee outlets and almost 600 Brewers Fayre, Beefeater and Premier Inn restaurants nationwide.
To support the ongoing development and success of the Whitbread contracts we now have vacancies for Multi-Drop Delivery Drivers based at Harlesden, North London. Customer Delivery is a 7 day operation. You will be required to work any 5 days out of 8 with an average 10.75 hour shift. Average weekly hours are 47.5.
Job Description
Multi drop deliveries to outlets in the South of England
Driving a dual temperature controlled vehicle.
Loading and unloading products and stock from vehicle usin g pallet truck and sack barrow.
Complying with all relevant legislation and agreed procedures to ensure a safe and legal working environment and consistent quality standards.
Maintaining and promote a positive image of Kuehne+Nagel Ltd with customers and other members of the public
Requirements to Candidates
Class C, licence with good standard of driving.
Experience of multi-drop multi-temperature food distribution.
Ability to be flexible due to hours of work and shift work.
Ability to demonstrate drive and energy in order to carry out the role in a professional and timely manner.
Be an effective communicator who continuously demonstrates customer service skills.
Knowledge and experience of working with tachographs and adherence to relevant legislation.
Good understanding of daily run schedules.
Be an active and supportive team member.
Be confident in dealing with paperwork.
