Midas Klark Teknik are seeking a Technical Author with at least 3 years experience, experience of the Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator, has exceptional attention to detail, is an accurate and effective communicator, is self-motivated and is well organised.

Midas Klark Teknik is part of the Music Group, a holding company for music company brands. The Technical Author will be required to work with teams across the globe via email and telephone.

The Technical Author will design and author customer technical documentation. This includes; user manuals, service manuals and application guides.

The responsibilities include:

Design and layout of customer technical documentation using printed, electronic and web media.

Co-ordinate with UK sales and marketing to ensure effective designs.

Co-ordinate with global resource groups to share templates and common policies.Ensure documentation complies with legislation and compliance under direction from compliance team.Continuous improvement of product and processes.Comply with quality standards and company policy.

Candidates must have at least 3 years experience in a role as a Technical Author, practical experience using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator and be educated to a degree level.

Candidates will have exceptional attention to detail, be accurate and effective communicators, be well organised, be self-motivated and have experience of working in a fast paced environment.
