The Opportunity Recruitment Consultant (Contract/Temp Placements)

They are looking for experienced recruitment consultants who have proven themselves within any specialist recruitment sector, placing temporary/contract candidates. As an experienced Recruitment Consultant you will have a minimum of 1 years experience in placing construction candidates on a contract/freelance basis. You will be used to managing your workers weekly and understand the importance of being someone they can rely on and trust. You will need to be able to work quickly once receiving an instruction from your client and be able to demonstrate the necessary urgency to close the vacancy professionally and efficiently. You will be someone that can build trust, be relied upon to deliver and have superb attention to detail.

In a highly competiti ve market you will not have the benefit of time so will need to be able to qualify a clients requirement, remain focused with your search.

Although you will meet many clients and job seekers this is predominantly a phone based role so you must be someone who is driven and prepared to do whatever it takes to achieve your goal.

As you will be meeting clients and job seekers you will need to be confident and professionally presented.
