A broad range of multi-national companies, high profile investment banks, leading private equity houses and portfolio companies.

The Role In Brief:

Providing advice regarding complex tax technical issues in the UK and international corporate tax space.Providing clients with advice on company reorganisations, restructuring activities, mergers and acquisition and other financial matters in a cross border context.Joining clients on-site ensuring the successful delivery of projects and hands-on involvement in providing solutions to client corporate tax challenges.Preparing and reviewing corporation tax provisions and computations.Undertaking technical research projects.Assisting with business development and marketing initiatives. Liaising with the other international offices and coordinating international tax advice on client issues.

About You:

ACA qualified with at least 2 years of Corporate Tax post-qualified experience gained within the UK. Big 4 or large mid tier background & training.Confident and able to engage with fellow staff and clients. Flexible, client focused and ambitious.Able to work as part of a team or on own initiative.
