The role of the Product Specialist will be to evangelise our technol ogy internally to our international offices in Europe and also to clients assisting in workshops and presentations to new and existing clients through their sound knowledge of our different technology sets and development roadmap.

The ideal Product Specialist will:

Have 3+ years in a Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering or Product Specialist role, ideally within a SaaS Provider.

Knowledge of the online marketing space is a definite advantage and previous experience at an Email Service Provider ideal.

Have a history of demonstrating software to C-Level contacts downwards and a keen understanding of how to apply the technology to use cases and scenarios is a key requirement.

Be an expert in their product but also an expert in presenting that product

Must have great presentation skills and a willingness to make themselves an industry expert and establish themselves and a central knowledgebase to an internal network of offices.

Be closely aligned with the technical team and the product development team to understand the product roadmap and effectively communicate it to the rest of the business.

Be able to spend 50 of their time travelling

Additional languages a distinct advantage (English, French, German, Turkish, Russian, Spanish, Mandarin individually a bonus)
