Reporting to the Client Services Manager
Role
The role is to provide a exceptional front of house presence including meeting, greeting and providing an service to the needs of internal and external clients and visitors to Warwick St.
To manage the Warwick Street Reception team and the requirements of the catering services; including full catering services at Warwick St and pantry services at Hanover Square and Bank Street.
Responsibilities
Provide service and environment to exceed to expectation of senior JLL staff and most importantly their Client guests.Manage staff; including IPMP, holiday and sickness cover and general wellbeing and motivation of staff.To check and verify invoices pre and post submission to ensure that JLL only pay for the service received at the appropriate rates or quotes.To overview and support Building Managers in their roles.Work closely with in house Building Managers to ensure that standards are being met locally where pantry services are being provided.Ensure menus provided for Warwick St are varied, interesting and that innovation is demonstrated in this and other catering areas.The role may be required to undertake other duties from time to time and is not limited to the above.
Requirements
Can demonstrate a background relating to the role and specific experience to enhance the role in its delivery.Ensure that the catering service remains standard offer and that control measures are in place and practised.A good management lev el awareness of H&S/Hygiene requirements needing to be demonstrated.Line management experience.Invoice management and budget experience.Competencies
