INTEGRATION SUPPORT ANALYST
General Responsibility:
*Provide first line support for interface issues. Escalate to third line support as required and manage vendor responses to resolution
*Monitor, review and work toward resolution of interface and other application issues related to interfaces
*Provide out of hours on call support for Cloverleaf application
*Participate in projects related to applications
*Develop system functionality in assigned areas including, but not restricted to; NPR reports, Customer Defined Screens and Scripting
*Participate in the implementation of software upgrades and releases, provide support in the integrated testing when required, guide end user testing and provides on site support during implementations as directed
*Develop and maintain expertise in assigned skill areas and a broad understanding of IT&S services as a whole
*Perform other duties as assigned by the IT&S Team Leads, which may occur outside of normal business hours as required by business circumstances.
*Responsible for the provision of clear and thorough documentation of, but not restricted to; change control, testing and development notes.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
*Experience/knowledge in Cloverleaf Integration Engine or other integration engines (Mirth, Rhapsody, Interfaceware etc.)
*Knowledge of Healthcare Information Systems (HCIS) including an understanding of the system integration throughout departments
*Knowledge in HL7 Language
*Achieve Beginners level of NPR report writ ing within the first year reaching intermediate level by end of second year
*Maintain knowledge of new technology, Healthcare trends, and hospital information system development
*Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
