Interim HR Project Co-ordinator
My client is a fantastic small media company, and forms part of one of the worlds largest media groups. They need an HR Project Co-ordinator to help them with some critical HR projects for the next six months.
Having recently been integrated into the larger group, there is a lot of work to be done around the existing HR files in readiness for integration. The files are in a poor state, and need completely reviewing and re-organising, highlighting any anomalous content.
In addition there are sev eral major projects to be undertaken, which range from benefits review, contracts harmonisation, benchmarking, to policy development and job grading. So in addition to getting the HR files in ship-shape state, you will be invited to drive some of these major projects across this client group of around 50 people.
Although allied to the group HR team, you will often work alone and so must be self-sufficient and deeply experienced in both general HR administration work and the management of HR projects. The environment is fast-paced, dynamic and extremely busy with a highly creative and energetic client group.
You must have around 3 5 years directly relevant experience, preferably with an HR qualification. You must be positive and energetic, happy to undertake often repetitive and mundane work, and be able to demonstrate clear evidence of delivering projects successfully. Based near Oxford Circus, the role is to start as soon as possible and remuneration will be the equivalent of between 30,000 and 35,000 per annum.
