My client, a highly regarded and well known estate agency, is looking to bolster their support team within their IT department.

Working in a team and supporting supporting 210 users across 14 sites, you will be responsible for 1st and 2nd line support for a group of
offices. Support will be given over the phone, via email and in person.

Working with the following technologies:

Windows XP/7, VMWareESXi 4.1, CitrixXenApp 6, Exchange 2003/2010, MS Office 2007/2010, BES, VNC

Duties:

Answering IT main line, being the first POC for IT issues and logging calls in Helpdesk systemSupporting users both on-site and over the telephoneLiaising with HR to initiate new starters and leavers processesBuilding and installing new PCs, configuring landlines and setting up PDAsRemotely checking and updating LCD screens in office windowsChecking and updating lists on systems, phones and photocopiersCheck the SPAM mailboxes for genuine email

Experience and Qualifications required:

Microsoft, Citrix andVMWare qualifications would be an added advantage however not essential.Full UK manual driving licence essentialAt least 12 months experience in an IT support role. Knowledge of Windows XP/7, Server 2003/2008, Office 2007/2010Experience on one or more of XenApp, VMWareESXi, MS Exchange 2007/2010 is essential

Monday to Friday 9am 6pm. Every other Saturday

Salary 21,000 22,000 per annum
