A highly regarded London law firm seeks the services of a Mortgage Compliance Consultant with a strong understanding of the regulations surrounding mortgages.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment assessing files to establish whether clients have been mis-sold their mortgage.

Key Accountabilities:-

Reviewing mortgage files through breaches in MCOB to identify regulatory failings Prepare reports in the form of mortgage audits for submission to the FSCSCalculate potential financial losses to the client

Experience required

Previous mortgage experience working within a regulatory environmentGood knowledge and understanding of FSA MCOB rulebookOrganised, effective in time management with strong written English and Microsoft Word skillsAbility to work under pressure without the need to be micro-managed or as part of a team where necessaryAt least 10yrs plus mortgage experience in a broker or lending environment
