Small Consulting Company based in trendy Shoreditch in the City of London are currently recruiting for a Part Time Administrator/Office Support Assistant to join their Creative Design team on a permanent basis. This is a new role working within this busy and prestigious design, innovation and development consultancy. This company are looking for a creative, forward thinking and motivated individual looking to start their career within a fast paced, excit ing and creative company. This is going to be a part time position providing administrative support to the companies creative team, working on a permanent Part Time basis of 4 hours per day Monday to Friday. The 4 hours per day are flexible and can be morning or afternoon.
Key responsibilities of the role will include ensuring the general office remains a tidy and safe working area at all times; to liaise with the Service Providers for the maintenance of IT equipment (Laptops, Printer, Alarms ect), meeting and greeting of visitors; screening calls and relaying of messages to team members; co-ordination of diaries and travel arrangements for the team; ordering of stationery and refreshments; assisting with the induction of new starters; as well as photocopying and general office clerical duties.
