The Role
PKF is an Accountancy based business that has had significant success in developing a high growth and profitable consulting business. The consultancy business covers Financial Management, IT, Financial Modelling and Organisation Development. We are seeking a candidate to help to deliver an ambitious growth plan.
The individual we are looking for has a desire to build a significant business in partnership with a small team of highly capable individuals who share a passion for Leadership and Management Development and are strongly motivated by commercial success. We are looking to create a business of significant value over the next few years and to share significant rewards with those who help us to do this. We hope to recruit someone who will be able to grow with the business as it grows.
Skills/Experience
< p>Essential:Proven Leadership Development experience working with Senior Management.By "Leadership Development" we mean an ability to develop and deliver content on tailored programmes.This will include content that covers creating and communicating valuable knowledge and insight for leaders in addition to facilitation and feedback skills.Evidence that you have designed and led programmes that have a significant knowledge component in addition to ones that involve only profiling people and giving them feedback."Significant knowledge" component means giving leaders an insight into research and reflection that helps them to deliver their role in the real world better.Evidence that you have developed a real insight into the problems of leadership development, the uses it can be put to and the limitations of interventionsEvidence that you have real empathy for the concerns and dilemmas of real leaders - this could come through showing personal experience of the realities of leadership or through high quality evidence of how you have helped leaders to think about and resolve real world problems that they face.Evidence of thought leadership and product development that has led to a product or intervention that is both revenue generating and of demonstrable benefit to the client.Excellent presentation and writing skills will be essential.Desirable:
Current live contacts in the market will be a distinct advantage as personal business development is a key success factor. We would expect this person to sell at least 140,000- 160,000 per year.In addition to Leadership Development it would be ideal if the candidate were able to lead facilitation on change programmes and on organisation restructuring. This should be proven through evidence that they have played an obviously effective part in at least two such projects.Education/Qualifications
Degree qualified essential - 2.1.or better preferableOther factors
The fulltime role will r equire regular and significant travel within the UK in delivering projects and helping to win business.
