My client is a well established recruitment company with a number of offices in the ULK and around the globe. They are looking to appoint a senior level recruiter to manage there IT recruitment team and lead from the front.

This exciting opportunitywill include managing recruitment consultants to achieve set targets, motivate, coach, train, build business, meet clients, business development, resourcing, attending management meetings, reporting stats and figures, meeting set business targets, growing the team etc.

The candidate must demonstrate they have proven ability at managing a recruitment team or for someone who is looking for the next step up.

Salary is negotiable with a commission structure.
