We are looking for a Senior OperationsManager to join a leading HardService Provider to takeover a portfolio ofcontracts across London. The contracts are all large manned sites with a portfolio value of 2 million plus additional projects & extra works. You will also have responsibility for a team of 4 Contract managers and 40 engineers & support staff.

You will have experience in the Facilities Sector, and have a proven track record of running an autonomous business with full Profit & Loss accountability.

Ideally from a Hard Services backgrou nd (M+E) you will have an understanding of the following:

* Mechanical & Electrical Services - PPM & Reactive

* Managing Projects & Extra Works

* conducting service review meetings and delivering KPI performance data within review meetings.

* recruited and developed your own management team, including you personally conducting forums for training, personal development & leadership

* have experience in Sales & Business Development either through up selling on exisiting contracts or by developingnew opportunities.
