To take full management responsibility and to provide Financial, Tax, Audit and Risk Management, Compliance and other supervisory activity reports to the Directors. To handle regulated Corporate Finance activities in the UK and EEA. This role will require an in depth knowledge of financial systems, managing existing clients of the firm, engaging new clients, managing existing and new investors as well as representing and improving the company's image and standing in the UK financial services sector. The successful candidate will be a graduate with relevant Banking, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance qualification s and with at least 15 years experience in a similar role. It would be desirable though not essential to have experience in the Indian Banking sector as this role would involve handling Indian and Emerging markets business.
