My client is a renowned and respected travel organisation that delivers exceptional service to its high net worth clientele. They are now looking for a Mandarin Speaking Travel Account Manager to manage a portfolio of high net worth individuals regarding their travel and lifestyle requests.

The responsibilities of the Travel Account Manager - Mandarin Speaking are as follows:

Account Manage and build relationships by handling trave l, card, lifestyle and bespoke requestsBuild credibility and personal rapport with face to face meetings by anticipating their needs through customer profilingBuild an accurate customer profile with support from the customer value manager and then meet up to build personal rapportOwn all customer enquiries and act as the key interface for the customer to deliver a seamless servicePro-actively use a variety of communication channels to maintain / grow relationshipsMaintain an awareness of customer trends and industry developments in the premium travel and lifestyle arena and actively seek guidance from product managers

The skills required for the Travel Account Manage - Mandarin Speaking are as follows:

Fluent in Mandarin SpeakingExperienced dealing with high net worth individuals Experienced in booking travel, lifestyle and bespoke solutions preferableExcellent communicator and able to build rapport easily with clientsMaintain a professionalism whilst complying to compl ianceMaintain regular face to face appointments are met and keptStrong research / information gathering skills and creative problem solving skillsAbility to work to strict deadlines
