Our client is looking to bring on board an ACCOUNT DIRECTOR who is on the way up to greatness. Reporting directly to the MD of the agency, this is a rare opportunity if you are looking to grow in to a more senior position within a mid-size experiential/events/integrated agency in the next 6 to 12 months.

Well, the brilliant combination of being one of the most respected YOUTH, MUSIC and SPORT events agencies in town and a rather desirable list of clients is a very good start. This role will make you the lead of a team of 8 talented people working across strategy, production, digital and logistics; and servicing a CHALLENGER FMCG brand, who keeps pushing creative boundaries and thinking new ways to engage early adopters through well planned MUSIC and SPORTS strategies. A strong knowledge of youth culture and youths consumption habits is essential to enjoy this role. In addition an integrated approach to experiential and events is also a must whilst experiential is at the core of every campaign, you will be creating ideas that work across all media sponsorship, digital, social, branded content, PR, media, & partnerships.

To be considered for this role, you will also need to demonstrate natural commercial nous, strong strategic skills, creative flair and an ability to manage projects to life.
