P osition Summary & Responsibilities:
The T&T Account Exeuctive's primary responsibility is to complete the sale of NCR Solution Services offerings by uncovering customer needs for the account and/or problems and then targeting the appropriate WCS or PS lead solution. The Account Executive is responsible for creating a winning approach that highlights NCRs unique capabilities in solving the need(s) or problem(s) at hand. A consulting approach is used to build solid customer relationships whereby the Account Executive becomes a credible and consistent source of expertise within the account.
The Account Executive is expected to provide service offer expertise across the T&T Major Account client base . By working with Account Directors, Solution Teams and the various Product Houses to solve customer challenges and/or complete the accounts service portfolio with NCR solutions, the Account Executive is provided with a gateway for selling the appropriate servi ce offerings utilizing the accounts Contract and pricebook as the fundamental basis. As part of the account team, the Account Executive's objective is to penetrate the account in two areas at a minimum; establish new revenue streams with new business units, as well as, maintain and grow established business within the account. There are a number of technical and operational support resources which are assigned to take the lead in managing the details of service delivery to the T&T Major Account client base. The Account Executive must therefore develop a successful working relationship with the delivery teams so that successful handoffs can take place, and problems/issues can be proactively identified and solved.
