As an Assistant Manager for Magnet, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring your team to increase branch performance through maximising sales opportunities and delivering excellent customer service.You will also deputise for the Manager of this prestigious branch during holidays and absence. A t these times you will have responsibility for managing all aspects of the branch including: sales and margin, customer service, branch administration, colleague supervision and training and development
Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, you will thrive on delivering Magnets Full Circle Service tailored to each customers needs to ensure continued growth through repeat and recommended business.With previous experience gained in a retail or customer facing background within a targeted environment, you will have the basic skills we require. Experience in Home Improvement, DIY or furniture sales would be beneficial but more importantly you will have excellent interpersonal skills, be a good team player and possess a desire and commitment for delivering great customer service.

Skills and experience required:
Significant experience of managing a team in a retail or customer facing background is essential
Proven record of successful people management
Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication skills
Driving license is essential
