Part Time flexing up to Full time as necessary

The role involves providing first class customer service to international travellers with the buying and selling of foreign currency. You will be responsible for:

Confirming online orders with our customers, highlighting any suspicious or unusual activity

Accurately processing and dispatching orders in a timely manner.

Liaising with the treasury department to ensure adequate stocks are held

Carrying out the full range of duties involved in the Foreign Exchange Sales Consultant role

Additional Information:

It is essential that you possess 5 GCSEs or equivalent including English and Maths at Grade C or above.

You will have world class communication skills and be able to build a rapport with customers

You will need to be self motivated, have an energetic attitude and be able to adhere to procedures.

Hours of work are 22.5 per week working 3 out of 7 da ys flexing up to full time hours during the summer(37.5 hours per week)
