JOB DESCRIPTION:

As an ideal candidate for our team you will already have a passion for transforming business through enabling technology and transforming the way clients operate.You will be confident at working in a technology driven environment but not necessarily from an IT background or an expert in IT.Your focus will be on delivering business outcomes using your skills in strategy development, business analysis, project delivery, business process and organisation design.

You will have a strong desire to be part of, and contribute to, the growth and success of a top-tier consulting practice; contributing to our Offers, our knowledge and our overall strategic goals. You will be keen to work within an ambitious consulting environment and confident to work with our senior client executives.We place a large emphasis on developing the careers of our team and supporting teach other acr oss the practice.

As we have a growing demand for our skills, we are aiming to grow our team and offer opportunities for a number of experienced management consultants at various grades:

Consultants:

Experience in project delivery to Clients as part of a team including activities such as data gathering and analysis, processes, structuring own work, ownership of deliverables, identifying both sales and sell-on opportunities.

Senior Consultants:

Experience in scoping and shaping of a project stream including: hypothesis development, data and process analysis, stakeholder management, ownership of deliverables, identifying both sales and sell-on opportunities.

Managing Consultants:

Experience in leading a large work-stream, small-medium projects, day-to-day client relationship management, scoping and leading existing/new business opportunities.

To Summarise, essential skills are as follows:

Proven skills at delivering and lead ing managementconsultancy projects - previous experience is essentialExperience in at least 2 of the following topics essential: a) Digital Transformation, b) Business & Technology Transformation and Sourcing , c) CXO Advisory, d) Compliance, e) Value For Money - Post Merger IntegrationSignificant expertise in at least 2 of the following methods essential: a) IS Organisational Effectiveness, b) Business and IT Strategy, c) IT Governance, d) Operating Model Design and Strategic Sourcing, e) IT Performance Management, f) IT Service Management and Delivery, g) InnovationRecent experience of consulting in one of the following industry sectors: Financial Services, Utilities (Power/Water), Consumer Products, Retail.Our business culture is collaborative and supportive we are looking for team players.

This role carries a base location of London, you must be fully flexible in terms of assignment location, as these roles may involve periods of time away from home during the week at short notice.
