Business Support Administrator

Experience in a sales support or recruitment administration would be beneficial but not essential.
Our client a fast paced, growing and highly reputable niche financial global recruitment company based in the City are seeking a bright, pr oactive and organised administrator to join their team.As the administrator you will have excellent attention to detail as this is paramount to the role.
The role is working for a dynamic organisation and requires an administrator who works well under pressure.The main purpose of the role is to support the efficient running of the company by providing support to the sales, administration and management teams.
Responsibilities will include:
Pre-employment screening support:
Conducting credit checksEmailing relevant documents for completion to new startersArranging new starter meetings at officeMeeting new starters to carry out pre-employment screeningApplying for referencesCompleting pre-employment screening in accordance with various client requirementsContract Administration
Liaising with sales consultants and clients to confirm contract information in order to ensure we are issuing correct contracts prior to placements and extensions commencingS etting up placement recordsEmailing extension details to contractors and getting agreement email from them and updating clients where necessaryAdministrating the extensions process and maintaining the contract tracker sheetsHandling queries from contractors, clients and umbrella companiesSales administration:
Formatting CVs and job specsCompleting reference requestsChasing signed contractor contracts, including extensions, and reconciling on spreadsheetScanning, filing, faxing, emailing documents as requiredAd hoc duties as required by the sales consultantsSupporting team as required with:
Answering telephone and distributing calls/taking messages Receiving visitors and deliveriesOrganising visitor refreshmentsBooking meeting roomsDeputising for others whilst they are absent and undertaking any other reasonable tasks requested.
