My client is a Global Exploration and Production business and they are currently looking for a Chief Financial Officer.

Headquartered in London they are a global operation and therefore need a candidate who has experience of international accounting ideally from an Oil and Gas background.

The key responsibilities will include:

Bring in investors and structure dealsFund raising/City exposure
Overall finance leadership for Group Finance.Finance Business Partner for the Directors and a source of insightful financial analysis and sound commercial/operational advice, to support strategic and operational decisionsResponsible for the delivery and quality of financial information for the group, including management accounts, budgets, etc.Leading role in change management programmes and special projects when needed (e.g. M&A, ERP implementation, etc.)Supervision and development of Finance teamEnsure high standards of financial control are maintained throughout the RegionMaintain strong focus on costs and working capital management

Qualifications and Experience:
