Job Purpose

The Acquiring and Acceptance Centre of Excellence (CoE) within Visa Europe is accountable for developing and delivering the key strategic initiatives from the Acquiring and Acceptance strategy:

Country and sector acceptance developmentDelivery of the acquirer value proposition (AVP)Development of the merchant value propositions (MVP) to drive acceptance and preferenceThe CoE is responsible for developing new acceptance solutions, liaison with country teams to deliver the acceptance marketing contracts, supporting the resolution of acceptance operational issues, acceptance project representation and communications to key audiences.

Key Accountabilities

Development and delivery of acquirer value propositions, both bespoke and generic, Growing acceptance in identified sectors for key European marketsOwnership of AVP resources, such as the acquirer cabinet, and ongoing expansion of materials availableRepresenting Acquiring on divisional and cross functional projects
