Digital Account Manager
Cutting edge multimedia company is looking for an experienced, technically skilled Account Manager to head up a small team within their Creative departmentThe person who successfully takes on this role will be pivotal in shaping the digital strategy of the business moving forward. Core responsibilities will include managing the development team (Web developers), responding to the ever-increasing digital needs ofthe company'sexisting client base and driving new business from organic growth, new clients and ensuring that new and existing digital assets are fully monetised.
To be right for this role, youwould be expected to have a good understanding of project management solutions and version control software to ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget and are to a high technical standard.
Also, youshould have a good understanding of the various tools used to measure and report on the success of a digital project:SEO link building strategist, site indexing, understanding of Googles PageRank/ Webmaster toolsSocial media Facebook API, twitter feeds, Social CRM.PPC Googles Adwords, Email marketingGoogleAnalytics
Whilst the company doesn'texpect you to have hands on development experience, they are looking for someone who is able to bridge the gap betweentheir developers and clients. The ability to communicate ideas and proposals to non technicalpeople is just as important as the ability to sit down and discuss a project IA or specification in detail with a web developer.
