The role will include managing existing portfolio and group risk clients, writing comprehensive and detailed market reports and recommendations, maintaining an understanding of client arrangements and ensuring the implementation of policies to assist clients. The role will also involve the management of the departments medical underwriti ng, ensuring all members benefits are calculated accurately. It is essential the candidate has vast experience within employee benefits and is able to work in accordance with the appropriate procedures. Relevant professional qualifications will be required, including GR1, as well as a solid knowledge of Private Medical Insurance schemes including Optical, EA and Health Cash Plans. A professional and courteous candidate with a wealth of medical and employee benefits experience would be ideal for this role.
