The Role

Developing client relationships / winning new business by telephone sales (existing and new clients), email marketing, networking and client meetings.

Generating candidates by posting job advertisements, database / internet searches, candidate meetings, social and business networking.

Managing the Recruitment Process by takingjob requirements, arranging interviews / interview preparation, negotiating salaries, fees etc

Graduate or graduate calibre with experience of working and succeeding in a sales-based role.

Recruitment consultancy is a sales career.You must be resilient, motivated and prepared to excel working to targets in a competitive environment.
