Graduate/Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Award Winning Firm

Basic up to 20k + Uncapped Commission

OTE Year 1 - between 35 - 40k

My client is an award winning IT recruitment consultancy with offices in Central London. They are currently looking to recruit several trainee recruitment consultants. No experience necessary in Recruitment, however, telesales experience could be an advantage.

All successful appli cants will be given comprehensive training using an 'on the job' one-on-one approach with a designated mentor.

The successful candidates will be:

* Degree educated or degree calibre.
* Bright, resilient, energetic and enthusiastic, driven, tenacious & money hungry
* An excellent communicator.
* A strong relationship builder.
* Organised and analytical in their approach to their work

The trainee Recruitment consultant role will encompass

* Review candidates received from advertising / referrals.
* Conduct interviews with candidates.
* Obtain job requirements from clients.
* Short-list and present candidates to clients.
* Pro-actively source new clients.
* Head-hunt prospective candidates.
