HR Administrator
Our client a fast growing , modern legal practice who always offer the highest levels of professional, friendly and personal service are looking to recruit an HR Administrator.
Experience required in the following:
Providing generalist support and advice across all areas of HR ManagementRunning HR processes and policiesWorking with senior management and Line ManagersKey duties and responsibilities include:
Assist and support with recruitment from placing positions with agencies through to screening, interview support and follow up letters/feedback .Joiner induction and leaving processesPerformance management and rewardsTraining and developmentDevelopment of company culture and personalityStaff company development meetings general and specificColleague Role Appreciation Scheme - Understanding colleagues roles and impact in the businessKeeping all staff up to date with company developments including aims and successes IntranetEnsure health & safety procedures and policies are developed, implemented and monitored.The successful candidate must be enthusiastic and determined, and have the ability to work as a self-motivated individual as well as part of a team.
