HR Support - Short term contract
At Ernst & Young our Business Development (BD) function are looking for someone until May to support them with an HR Project. The anticipated benefits include; A motivated and flexible workforce with increased staff retention and a reduction in recruitment costs; Better matched skills leading to increased productivity and better ROI with more transparent PM and reward.
The project is supported by the HR Business Partner and a small team which draws on 5 members of the ABD function for approximately one day a week. The project bega n in November and aims to conclude by May 2012.
Your responsibilities as HR Support will include:
- Taking forward the findings and proposed recommendations of the Ernst & Young BD People project and to lead on the detailed design and delivery of key HR products by May 2012
- Support the BD people leader on key deliverables of performance management and the implementation of the variable pay scheme.
Qualifications/skills you'll need as HR Support:
- HR qualified
- HR work experience particularly in creating HR policies
- Understanding of professional services preferred
- Understanding of business development preferred
- Strong HR knowledge of best practice
- Proven ability to deliver quickly to tight timescales
- Able to work effectively within a project and matrix environment.
