Human Resources Officer (Payroll)
Full-time (37.5 Hours per week)
Salary: 21,801pa
Location:London W9
Ref: HROPY
You will be responsible for the production of accurate and timely in-house payroll administration and data entry of statistical reporting.This will involve the collation and input of all relevant information for the monthly payroll including new starters, leavers, benefits, contract changes, SSP, maternity and paternity pay, and to provide written notification to all staff of any changes.
In addition to monitoring sickness your responsibility will also include compiling HR statistical reports, maintaining statistical information and supporting the team with interviewing, attending employee relations meetings, processing references and minute taking.
You will be an excellent communicator with exceptional IT and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.Previous payroll experience, a good level of numeracy educated to GCSE (grade A-C or above) and working in a busy office with great customer care focus is essential.Working in an HR department will be an advantage.Ideally this position will suit someone who enjoys challenges and rely on your sense of innovation, flexibility and creativity to find new ways to successfully accomplish tasks.
