We operate out of London, France, Germany, Abu Dhabi and Dubai and our people regularly travel to cities including Beijing and New York to meet our clients and other leading figures. eg.1 is nine years old, we maintain the ruthless devotion to our clients upon which we were founded, but also understand that in business you can be professional and enjoy your work too.

Key requirements:

Good client-facing skills, accustomed to engaging with clients at Executive and/or Board level;An analytical mind, backed up by an MA from a good university;Highly articulate;Minimum of 3 years experience within Executive Search Industry;Must be available for regular international travel;Should have at least 18 months experience of dealing with executives at FTSE250 companies;Team players, able to contribute and work as part of a team;Self-starters, able to perform effectively without constant recourse to management;Of the highest professional standards in terms of honesty, courtesy and integrity;

Candidates for the role will:

Have an intense focus on research, experienced with the process of executive search including the development of research strategies, candidate development and market mapping;Be excellent communicators, at ease engaging with executive-level individuals, both verbally and in writing;Discerning, able to gauge level and appropriate the very best solutions for client projects;Be responsible for running their own projects and assisting on team projects;Liaises with other managers to determ ine the services offered to our clients;Discusses the clients requirements and plan business strategies to deliver the best service;Prepares proposals for clients;Assist with the training of Associates;Produces reports and recommendations concerning sales strategies.
